Website & Resource Disclaimer

1. Educational & Creative Informational Purpose

All information, workflow guides, installation tutorials, After Effects scripts, visual presets, LUTs, and digital assets cataloged or discussed on PRADUMNA_FX (https://www.pradumnafx.in) are provided in good faith for general educational, creative reference, and workflow optimization purposes only.

While we strive to ensure that tutorials and resource listings are practical and accurate, post-production techniques, software environments, and technical requirements vary significantly across different workstation configurations and operating systems.

2. Third-Party Trademarks & Non-Affiliation

PRADUMNA_FX is an independent digital resource discovery directory created by and for video editors.

All third-party product names, logos, software titles, and registered trademarks referenced throughout the website (including but not limited to Adobe®, After Effects®, Premiere Pro®, DaVinci Resolve®, Apple Final Cut Pro®, Sapphire®, Boris FX®, Maxon®, Red Giant®, CapCut®) remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective trademark holders. Reference to third-party software titles is solely nominative, intended for descriptive, comparative, and instructional compatibility purposes.

3. Downloaded Files & Workstation Safety Advisory

PRADUMNA_FX catalogs creative resources (such as .jsx scripts, .cube LUTs, .wav sound effects, and .mp4 raw clips) stored on external third-party cloud mirrors. PRADUMNA_FX does not independently audit, decompile, or certify external archives or executable code, and does NOT warrant or guarantee that external files are free of software defects, bugs, or malware.

Because post-production plugins, scripts, and software tools interact directly with host editing suites and operating system files, users download and execute third-party assets on their local workstations at their own discretion and risk:

• Antivirus & Security Scans: Users are strongly advised to maintain active antivirus/antimalware protection and scan all downloaded archives before extraction.
• Pre-Production Testing: We recommend testing newly downloaded presets or scripts within a test project before integrating them into time-sensitive, commercial, or client deliverables.
• Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, PRADUMNA_FX and its founder shall not be liable for system instability, project file corruption, host NLE crashes, data loss, or hardware conflicts resulting from third-party scripts, presets, or software tools.

4. Software Compatibility & Version Changes

Post-production software packages (such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve) receive regular version updates. A script or preset created for a specific release (e.g. After Effects CC 2024) may require updated permissions (such as enabling "Allow Scripts to Write Files and Access Network" in After Effects Preferences) or may experience breaking changes when new software versions are published by host developers.

PRADUMNA_FX does not warrant or guarantee uninterrupted or universal compatibility across past, present, or future versions of third-party software applications.

5. External Links & Third-Party Mirror Hosts

To provide creators with access to creative resources, PRADUMNA_FX links out to external cloud storage providers and mirror repositories (such as Google Drive, MediaFire, Mega, or GitHub).

PRADUMNA_FX does not control, operate, or endorse external hosting domains and is not responsible for third-party download rate limits, mirror outages, expired links, or the terms of service of external hosting platforms. If you encounter a broken mirror, please notify us via our Contact Support Page for review and replacement.

6. Advertising & Commercial Disclosures

PRADUMNA_FX displays contextual web advertisements served by Google AdSense and Google Ad Manager (including web interstitial placements). Advertisements displayed across the website are populated automatically by third-party ad networks. PRADUMNA_FX does not manufacture, sponsor, or guarantee third-party commercial products or services featured in automated advertising placements.

7. Fair Use & Intellectual Property Notice

Software screenshots, interface excerpts, and illustrative video clips utilized within our educational guides and resource listings are shared with the intent of technical commentary, software demonstration, educational review, and creative instruction.

PRADUMNA_FX does not make binding fair use determinations. If you are a copyright owner or authorized representative and believe that any content hosted on PRADUMNA_FX or linked from our pages infringes your legal rights, please submit a formal notification through our Contact Support Page or email pradumnafx@gmail.com for review and resolution in accordance with our copyright policy.
