1. Master Custom Speed Ramping with Optical Flow

Never use flat linear speed changes. Select your clip, go to Speed > Curve > Custom, and adjust the graph points:

• Create a steep initial drop (from 5x speed down to 0.3x slow motion) right as the primary visual action occurs.
• Enable Smooth Slow-Mo and set it to Optical Flow. CapCut’s GPU-based frame interpolation will generate synthetic intermediate frames for silky 60fps slow motion even on 24fps source clips from our Raw Clips Vault.
